Going to a party , on friday , so something to look 4 ward to. Hope the weather stays nice as its always nice to sit out side. its My youngest grandaughters birthday , and her other nan is holding the party at her house. Things I Wont Miss...

<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p> <o:p></o:p> This is the first time I will leave behind;<o:p></o:p> <o:p> </o:p> my first wedding album,<o:p></o:p> my trunk filled with my girls trinkets they gave me over the years,<o:p></o:p> my photo albums,<o:p></o:p> my cards,<o:p></o:p> my writings,<o:p></o:p> two of diaries,<o:p></o:p> my framed pictures,<o:p></o:p> my paintings,<o:p></o:p> all my clothes save a small bags worth,<o:p></o:p> all my books,<o:p></o:p> all my dried flowers,<o:p></o:p> <o:p> </o:p> and the one thing I have kept safe since I was 14 years old,<o:p></o:p> my wooden shelf I built in jail that made me change my life for the first time.<o:p></o:p> <o:p> </o:p> And so one must go on, nothing in that list has any meaning unless there is love and compassion around it.<o:p></o:p> There isn't and so it stays.<o:p></o:p> <o:p> </o:p> The health of my spirit and heart is the most important as it will heal the rest when the time is right.<o:p></o:p> I am no longer the person that saw those things as sentimental... <o:p></o:p> as I walk through this house of a scattered and tattered existence my heart does not fall heavy at the thought of this or that staying.<o:p></o:p> <o:p> </o:p> It is quite the opposite most of the time.<o:p></o:p> I giggle with joy and elation at the thought of finally being free from the cruelty of a past that I've now learned from and risen above with golden wings.<o:p></o:p> <o:p> </o:p> Just one more thing, on the 23rd that thing will have begun to be accomplished.<o:p></o:p> The end will be consecrated in Tibet.<o:p></o:p> <o:p> </o:p> Who knows if my heart will want to come back to this beautiful country with some fantastic people in it....<o:p></o:p> <o:p> </o:p> The one this that will break my heart to leave is this amazingly created being that has stayed right beside me literally for over a year.<o:p></o:p> <o:p> </o:p> My canine, she has a spirit that I have never seen and may never see again. She saved me and showed me that unconditional empathy and compassion is the way to a healthy, calm pleasant life.
